Patrick Mazza | President
Patrick was born in New York and moved to Florida in 1977 with his parents and three brothers. In 1985, he graduated from St. Petersburg Junior College (now St. Petersburg College) with his A.A. in Computer Science. He then transferred to the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and in 1987, received his first B.S. in Human Resource Management and in 1988 received his second B.S. in Finance.
He currently lives in Largo, FL with his beautiful bride, Julia, of 24 years and his three wonderful children - Nicholas, Annamarie and Brendan. He is a Principal Agent/Owner of MazzaBaker Insurance & Financial Services with over 27 years experience in the commercial insurance industry. He is a risk manager for businesses specializing in commercial insurance and helps business owners understand their insurance programs, and reduce their total cost of insurance. He is a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church in Largo and loves to spend time with his family.
Barb Yoder | Secretary
Barb Yoder is General Manager of Salem Communications Tampa-Sarasota. After a radio career that spanned 20 years and speaking seminars at radio conferences, she came to Salem in 2007 as General Sales Manager and was promoted to GM in 2012. Barb enjoys working for a company based on Christian core values that is so deeply committed to its ministry partners, service organizations, businesses and the community. Barb oversees five radio stations, websites, print publications and major events under four brands including FaithTalk 570 & 910AM WTBN, Tampa’s TalkRadio 860AM WGUL, Sarasota’s NewsTalk 930AM WLSS, and Hispanic Christian Talk Radio Luz 760 AM WLCC covering as up to 22 counties.
Denise Seaman | Treasurer
Denise Seaman is the Owner of HomeCare Now, and currently lives in Oldsmar, FL with her husband Bill of 36 years. She is blessed to have a son Billie who lives and serves as a Firefighter in Houston, TX with his beautiful wife Krystal and two children.
Denise has her BS in Accounting from Portland State University, and Certified Management Accountant certification. Denise worked in Portland, Oregon for 18 years in the accounting field, and relocated to Charlotte, NC and then Baltimore MD for various career growth opportunities in Operations and Finance. Another opportunity took her to Tampa, FL as she worked as VP of Operations for the SE Region. Growing up in a military family and living on the east and west coasts prepared her for an adult life of many relocations around the US. This has enabled her to see so much of God’s amazing creations across our wonderful country.
She was raised in the Catholic faith, and is currently a member of Harborside Christian Church located in Safety Harbor. She believes God led her to her new career owning a home healthcare agency serving those in need in our community. 30 years working in Finance, Accounting and Operations in the corporate world honed her skill set to enable her to own and operate a successful company serving her community. She is excited to continue to see God’s plan for her life revealed in more amazing ways.
Tom Goodlet | Board Member

More importantly, Tom Goodlet is a husband, a father and a forever student of Jesus Christ.
He is married to his beautiful wife Erica and has two boys, Parker and Mason, and a little girl, Avri. He is currently the Associate Minister at Harborside Christian Church in Safety Harbor, FL. Prior to his tenure at Harboside he was in full time youth ministry for 11 years. Tom has a Bachelors of Science in Communications from Milligan College in East Tennessee and a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University. Tom grew up just outside of NYC in Hicksville (nothing hick about it), Long Island. Tom loves humor, adventure and Jesus.
Over the past few years Tom became a best-selling author of multiple books and earned his Life Coach certification. He became certified as a Leader Effectiveness Training instructor through Gordon Training International, where he equips organizations to build a positive work culture with increased productivity and profitability. He has decades of experience as a motivational speaker, teacher and professional mentor. Tom is also the Co-Host of the Potentialist Podcast. Randy Hiepe | Board Member
Hiepe earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University
of South Florida in Tampa and his Juris Doctor from Stetson College of
Law in Gulfport, Florida. He has been practicing law since 1981. In 1998
he redirected his practice to the area of consumer bankruptcy, and has
limited his practice to filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies
since that time. He has filed over 3,000 bankruptcies during his career.
He emphasizes personal representation of all of his clients while
assisting them in rebuilding their financial lives through the
bankruptcy process. Currently, Mr. Hiepe operates consumer bankruptcy
offices in St. Petersburg and Lakeland.
Charles DiMarco | Board Member
Charles DiMarco is the President/CEO of New Life Solutions, where their mission is to “protect the unborn, share the gospel, and transform our communities – one life at a time”. He has over 25 years of experience in disciplines such as B2B/B2C marketing, international branding, strategic marketing, social media marketing, global operations, sales, and entrepreneurial start-ups.
Charles has had the opportunity to travel to Italy, Ireland, and the Philippines to help address the needs and strategic direction of the organizations for which he has worked. He also served as an Adjunct Instructor at St. Petersburg College teaching courses in the College of Business such as Social Media Marketing; Services Marketing; Marketing Promotions; Sales, Negotiations, and Customer Relationship Management; and Entrepreneurial Sales and Marketing.
Charles has an MBA in International Business and Marketing Strategy as well as an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida. He has been formally trained by The Gallup Organization in developing strengths-based teams and communicating employee engagement principles as well as by PPG Industries in creating and implementing Business Process Excellence.
He has attended Starkey Road Baptist church for 30 years where in 2019 he served as the Chairman of the Deacons. Charles has been formally trained by Crown Financial Ministries and for the last 16 years has had the opportunity to lead small groups in their journey towards financial freedom. Charles and his wife Cindy are the parents to two boys and teach a Sunday School class for married couples focused on the biblical applications of marriage principles.
Neal Engwall | Board Member
Neal graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance. Neal is currently FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 65 and 79 licensed. He also holds the following designations: Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Financial Planner, Qualified Kingdom Advisor and Chartered Financial Consultant.
For more than 30 years, Neal has worked with clients to help them develop their long term goals and then implement strategies to achieve them.
He is the immediate past president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Pinellas Chapter. Neal is happily married to Carol and has four beautiful children; Benjamin, Joseph, Hannah, and Esther.
