She is known for her enthusiasm for driving organizational success through streamlined processes and her ability to build high-performing teams. She is a trusted leader with sound business judgment resulting in increased revenue and higher margins. In addition to leading global business strategies, Joanne has held several Executive Board positions for non-profits. As a result, she has had the opportunity to implement for-profit best practices into scalable solutions for nonprofit organizations. Joanne is a credible, authentic, and ethical leader. She can successfully maneuver the delicate balance between dedication to a business's mission and vision and the need for bold entrepreneurial initiatives. Joanne and her husband Rick have two adult children and live in Safety Harbor, FL.
