After living in the Washington, DC area for more than 35 years, I currently live in St. Petersburg, Florida with my wife Patty. I’m the father of 4 adult children, and grandfather of six. I’ve had the amazing opportunity to coach, train, consult and mentor extremely productive professionals across a wide range of categories – government, medicine, management, entrepreneurs, and educators, to name a few. My background in leadership, ownership, speaking/training, on-air radio, grief and loss, teams and relationships, sales, marriage coaching, ministry and non-profit experience enhances my ability to provide perspective for coaching, consulting and training.

Whether on stage, in a conference room, on a digital platform, or sitting across from one another face to face, it’s always my goal to listen deeply and intuitively, respond honestly, and customize a coaching conversation to a person’s goals and needs.
