I live in the St Petersburg area with my husband Frank. We are from back north and escaped the cold. We are now in Florida 10 years and are enjoying it. I have been interested in health and wellness for many years and have followed the research and trends over the years. I started a health and beauty business because they go hand in hand and I love helping people be the best they can be and reach their goals. I believe that in always having excellence in all we do, we glorify the Lord, and that includes taking care of the temple (body) he blessed us with.
