Neal graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance.

He is currently FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, and 65 licensed. He also holds the following designations: Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Financial Planner, Qualified Kingdom Advisor and Chartered Financial Consultant. For more than 30 years, Neal has worked with clients to help them develop their long-term goals and then implement strategies to achieve them. Particular areas of concentration in his practice are Biblically Responsible Investing and a broad range of charitable giving strategies. He has previously served as president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Pinellas Chapter. Neal is happily married and has four grown children.
